Brunch @ Peppers! is a combination of the best Hungarian produce with Mediterranean influence. From our buffet you may choose from a wide selection of cold and hot signature dishes.

To enhance your culinary experience, our Executive Chef, Imre Maráczi and his team will prepare for you some a’ la carte items, which are best to be savoured freshly. Just place the order with your waiter and it will be served to your table.

The dessert buffet by our Master Pastry Chef, Tibor Jeszenkovits will round up your culinary journey, featuring fine desserts of the season.

Our beverage list is carefully designed by our Restaurant General Manager, Ádám Vincze and includes local waters and soft drinks, selected wines, sparkling wines, local beer, cocktails and coffee.

The Story
The earliest known reference to crème brûlée as it is known today appears in François Massialot's 1691 cookbook, and the French name was used in the English translation of this book, but the 1731 edition called the same recipe crème anglaise 'English cream'. In the early eighteenth century, the dessert was called "burnt cream" in English.
